Pre-Placement Training & Placement Preparation
K. K. Wagh follows a systematic, multi-year training approach to prepare students for campus recruitment:
- First Year: TPO Connect sessions and expert seminars introduce students to T&P activities, eligibility norms, recruitment processes, and the importance of strong academics.
- Second Year: Team-building and motivational workshops build confidence, communication skills, public speaking abilities, and self-awareness through SWOT analyses.
- Third Year: Students undergo intensive training with mock aptitude tests, HR Connect sessions, and industry-interaction programs to strengthen aptitude and soft skills.
