Overall the institute is doing really well in grooming the students. However, I believe that there is a need for the students to be nurtured in a way that they are ready to go live in their job roles in less amount of time after joining companies. Basically, bridging the gap between that the student has to offer as a skillset and what the companies demand. Interaction between companies and institute can help understand what skillsets are needed to let the student become productive in less amount of time after joining.
