The IET is institutions with over 167,000 members in 150 countries. It is also the most multidisciplinary – to reflect the increasingly diverse nature of engineering in the 21st century. The IET – The Institution of Engineering and Technology is one of the world’s largest multidisciplinary professional bodies of engineers with the stated mission of working to engineer a better world. It is a volunteer-led organization driven by the needs of members, partner organizations, Academia and the larger society. The IET has 167,000 members in 150 countries and work closely with Academia and Industry. We focus on the sectors – Information & Communications with particular emphasis on Internet of Things, Energy, Transport and Education to help engineering colleges and our corporate partners globally to achieve their goals in key areas. We help them with relevant links to access knowledge, international recognition and networking, establish a strong industry connect and provide high quality and relevant technical support.
