The Civil Engineering Department of the K K Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research is having well-equipped laboratories for conducting various tests and offering consultancy.

To cater to the needs of the Civil Engineering industry, the department has modern equipment and advanced computing facilities. The department is devoted to fulfill the requirement of standard testing of civil engineering materials on a modern scale. The department has well-qualified staff with rich experience to execute the jobs of testing and consultancy.

The department offers Design, Testing, Consultancy, Third Party, Checking and Hiring facilities for the industry.

Department of Mechanical Engineering

Department of Mechanical Engineering offers Testing and Consultancy in the field of Energy and Vibration analysis. The department has two active cells:

  • Energy Audit and Management Cell
  • Mechanical System and Vibration Analysis Cell
Energy Audit and Management Cell
  • Conducts Energy Audits for small to mid-sized Process and manufacturing facilities.
  • Team reviews utility bills and conducts a site visit, and provide a confidential report with specific, impartial and cost-effective recommendations to improve energy efficiency, reduce pollution and waste, and lower operating costs in your facility.
  • Coaching for Energy auditor and Manager Examination by Certified Energy Auditors.
  • Feasibility Assessment of Renewable energy technology projects using computerized VCR Diesel Engine Test rig.
Mechanical Systems and Vibration Analysis Cell
  • Offers services in the field of Engineering System Design, Material testing and Vibration Analysis and fault diagnosis of Rotating Machines.
