I’ve thought a lot about this day; about what I want to say, and what message I want to send.

Dr.Bhushan Bibwe Scientist, Directorate Onion & Garlic Research Station, Rajgurunagar

I thought about preparing something different, but as I thought, I decided it was best to share the truth. The truth about what this story actually means. The truth about what I learned in my studies and now where I am standing in this competitive world.

When I passed my HSC exam, I had lot of discussion with my parents to choose my career path to secure future. I had many options and at this time I came to know that Agricultural Engineering and Technology course at K K Wagh Education Society is sound’s interesting and K K Wagh College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Nashik which is affiliated with M.P.K.V. Rahuri.

I had a very great experience through my college life and we carried out field practical. Also, get various kinds of training programs and visit to various training industry, which helped me to enhance my knowledge and awareness of the farm machinery, food industry, irrigation. I had a Great exposure in extracurricular activities like dance competition, street play activities and sports.

When we are in last semester of the degree course, we were started thinking about after results what will we do… We had lots of discussion among all classmates and we are mixed replies like some students wants to go for masters and some wants to do industrial job and I am also one of them, but how we can find jobs and from which point we should start? That is the biggest thing…!

The most impact in my carrier and life as well was by Prof. Dr. D.M. Chandwadkar as he was close monitoring the progress and bringing us on the track from time to time.

During those days, preparing the new test bench for Mc-Murry Bedford inverters, cycloconverters etc. from discrete (those were yet to build and come to market like readymade kit) components and making them work was really fun and admire his valuable guidance as well as freedom for students.

One aspect which I cannot refrain from mentioning which is discipline imbibed by him makes the professional life better organized. The soft-spoken, but firm voice is in my ears.

There were professors also like Shukla madam, and Sane sir which were ready to guide us despite we not belonging to their department or stream. I treat myself very lucky to get Passionate professors as Gurus and also had an opportunity to work closely with them in subsequent to final year, during that time I was other side of the table and able to learn much more from those. Its Great feeling while remembering and paying gratitude to all of KKW team who charged us with unlimited source of (knowledge is a) Power!

Hello there! I am Anuja Deore. I am learning Indian classical music since last 7-8 years from my Guruji Mr. Sagar Kulkarni.

And recently I have made my first debut in Marathi Music industry by singing the title song of the serial “Dar Ughad Baye” on Zee Marathi. When I was in 5th standard I participated in the music group of my school. When I started singing with the group for daily prayers and interschool events my teacher felt that I have something different than others. She was watching my progress during my journey. All my teachers and my friends were appreciating me for my singing. One day my teacher told me that I should learn music in a proper way and I listened to her and started learning Indian classical music. I started participating in interschool singing competition and every time I used to get the first prize. I started practicing hard and decided to participate in district level and state level competition. And I won first prize in most of the competitions. Along with singing I started acting in theatre drama and web series from the last couple of years. I won gold medal in the 60th Maharashtra state level acting competition for the play “Raajdanda”.

The Music directors of this song are Harsh Raut and Vijay Kapse. Vijay and I met four years ago at a musical event. Both of us were there to perform. He had heard my song there. And he told me right there that your voice is amazing and we will definitely work together in the future. One day I got a call from him and he said that Anuja I have a project. I need your voice for that so please record and send me a nice song in your voice. Then I recorded a song and sent him and fortunately both of them loved the song and finally told me that they have selected me to sing the title song for the most popular Marathi television channel “Zee Marathi”.

They sent me the composition of original song, I sent them the same in my voice and everyone loved it including the Channel team, Production team, Serial team and we recorded this awesome leg-shaking song. Feeling so proud to say that I am the only girl at the age of 19 who has sung Title song For Zee Marathi. I also got nominated for the “Best Title Song” category this year in Zee Marathi Awards 2022. Currently I am working as a background score vocalist for more than 10 serials on Marathi television. I also voiced the TV advertisements of famous brands like “Sapat Pariwar Chaha”, “Dettol”, “P&G jewellers”, “Titan” and many more.

Also recorded two amazing songs for an upcoming Marathi movie with renowned actors and director which will be releasing next year. Working in the Music industry along with the Engineering education is definitely a challenging experience for me. I would really like to thank K K WIEER College Nashik, my teachers and everyone in the institute for supporting me because this was not possible without your support. I will definitely go to greater heights in the field of music and make my college a great name.

I am very glad to share my experiences that i have after joining NCC. We the Cadet of 01 MAH AIR SQN NCC MUMBAI- NASHIK DETACHMENT on 10th July 2021, We reported thecollege ground at 0700 hours, then Senior help us to reach our maximum potential by running 5 rounds including (duck walk, frog jump, knuckle pushups, tank position, crawling, front rolls) the intention behind doing all this if anycadet fails to leave the task in between, then we have to complete the task again, no matter how far we have gone, from then the thinking change to "How can I complete?" to "How we can complete the task.." Earlier some of thecadets unable to complete it, but through teamwork, motivation, togetherness, we keep it through the end, WEcompletedthetask, andhappy forourteammembers, aswe therewith each otherthroughthickand thin.

it’s all about Us

As to check unity within our group, Seniors have given task to complete 2 round and those who will secured first two position, will be free from next activities, and rest will continue to do it, as we all thinking to be in the first 2, but later get to know, why seniors told us to do this, the one who complete the round ahead of all members, given more rounds, more challenges, instead of the rest who are coming in group, we all are bit of confused, how this can happened ? It didn't meant to be go like that, but later on we came to know, you don't have to complete your round ahead of anyone, or came first, but We have to complete it together, then from onwards, no matter how many time senior told to be in first two, We the SQUAD started running together, complete it together, no matter what will happen, we will face it together.
