This Farm is located about 15 km from Nashik on Peth road in a hill area surrounded by 7 different hills. Between the high peaks, there are seven valleys with rich greenery with different types of plants. K K Wagh College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, K K Wagh College of Agriculture & K K Wagh College of Horticulture are governing this Farm. The total area of this farm is 32 Hectares.

Kasbe-Sukene

This farm is known as ‘Madhavnagar Farm’. It is located 8 km from National Highway No. 3 (Mumbai-Agra Road) and is very near to the Niphad Sugar factory. The total area of this farm is 15.97 Hectares. It is basically set up for farmers' training.

Vilholi

This farm is situated 8km from Nashik on the Mumbai-Agra Road. Different types of seasonal crops & fruit crops are cultivated and grown on the farm. K K Wagh College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology is governing this Farm. The total area of this farm is 8.71 Hectares.

Babhleshwar

This Farm is situated 2 Km from Shinde village on Nashik-Pune Highway. In this farm, 12 Hectares of land under agronomical crops including seed trial plots and 20 Hectares are used for the plantation of fruit crops. This farm is under the control of K K Wagh College of Agriculture, Biotechnology, Agricultural Business Management, Horticulture and Food Technology. The total area of this farm is 32.29 Hectares.

  • This experimental farm is specially developed for Agriculture allied colleges to conduct spices experimentation, seed trials and other research about agriculture.
  • Water supply from ‘Kadwa Project’.
  • Crops in all three seasons are being taken.
  • 2500 different kinds of trees are planted; it includes 566 Fruit trees, 332 Flower trees and 357 Forest trees and other types of trees.

Puriya Park

This farm is situated near Mhasrul village. K K Wagh College of Agriculture Business Management and K K Wagh College of Agriculture are governing this Farm. It is used for experimentation of different crop trials and projects of Agriculture and allied colleges. Various field crops and vegetable and flower crops are regularly maintained on this farm. The total area of this farm is 6 Hectares.

  • A biocontrol laboratory is developed for the production of biofertilizers and biopesticides.
  • Total land is used for Agriculture College students for experimentation, experiential learning units, and research work.
  • Utilized for seed production of various Crops and Agricultural Engineering field trials.

Shivangaon

This farm is under development and is situated 35 km away from Nashik city near Trimbakeshwar. It is looked after by K K Wagh College of Food Technology. The total area of this farm is 45.5 Hectares. In this land, about 6.08ha area is allotted for K K Wagh College of Agriculture and 11.04ha area allotted for K K Wagh College of Agril Biotech. 10ha area allotted for K K Wagh College of Food Technology and 8.68ha land allotted for K K Wagh College of Agri-Business Management and 9.7ha area allotted for K K Wagh College of Horticulture.
