The TEDxKKWIEER 2026 event, themed “Sankalp,” was successfully organized on 18th March 2026 at K K Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, Nashik. The event aimed to create a platform for sharing powerful ideas, inspiring innovation, and encouraging individuals to commit to purposeful action. It witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and attendees from various institutions, with an overall presence of around 600 participants.
The program commenced with an inaugural ceremony graced by Param Vir Chakra awardee Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, Hon. Shri. Ajinkya Wagh, and Dr. Shantam Shukla, in the presence of Dr. Keshav Nandurkar (Director), Dr. Preeti Bhamare (Head of Department), and Dr. Ravindra Munje (Organizer). The dignitaries highlighted the importance of determination and vision, setting the tone for the day.
The event featured a series of inspiring talks by eminent speakers including Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, Komal Somani, Ankita Mehra, Avinash Dharmadhikari, Ashish Bharatwanshi, Smriti Kuchhal, and Bharat Chandak. Their diverse perspectives and thought-provoking ideas resonated strongly with the audience and aligned with the central theme of Sankalp, motivating participants to pursue their goals with dedication and clarity.
Adding vibrance to the event, renowned musician and singer Avadhoot Gandhi and his team delivered captivating performances. Students of the institute also showcased their talents through music and dance, enriching the overall experience and creating an engaging atmosphere.
The success of TEDxKKWIEER 2026 was made possible through the constant support and guidance of Hon. Chairman Shri. Sameer Wagh, Hon. Shri. Ajinkya Wagh, Hon. Secretary Shri. K. S. Bandi, and all trustees of K K Wagh Education Society. The speakers were felicitated at the hands of Smt. Shakuntalatai Wagh. Continuous encouragement from the Director, Dr. Keshav Nandurkar, and valuable mentorship from Dr. Shantam Shukla played a significant role in the smooth execution of the event.
