For alumni at Mumbai, an Alumni Meet was organized by K. K. Wagh IEER, Nashik on March 11th March 2023 at Hotel Maple Inn, Thane. The Alumni were welcomed by the faculties. It was really exciting and unbelievable experience for both alumni and their teacher during alumni teacher interaction. The winds of lovely memories were flowing and glowing in the minds of alumni and teachers. Alumni members were eager to share their memories and getting snaps with their beloved teachers.
The main event started at 6.00 pm. Hon. Chairman of K. K. Wagh Education Society Shri. Sameer Wagh chaired this event. Hon. Trustee Shri. Ashok Merchant was a chief guest. Principal Dr. K. N. Nandurkar introduced the program with his bridging words while expressing the purpose of this meet. He also presented the progress of education society at a glance and appealed all alumni to strengthen further the relationship between institute and alumni.
Dr. P. J. Pawar (Co-ordinator, Alumni Association) then briefed the audience about the activities of alumni association. Now it was a turn for alumni to express their views. Alumni explained their memories of their golden student hood. All appreciated the great progress of the education society. Their speeches were full of gratitude, love and bonding. They reviewed the spectrum of rainbows they felt on this remarkable occasion.
The formal function was concluded with vote of thanks by Prof P. K. Shahabadkar.
All alumni then participated in the cultural programs and enjoyed these moments along with delicious food. Alumni showed overwhelming response for this meet and that is why more than 190 alumni members attended the meet. This has shown the affection of students felt for the institution. Alumni gathered for this meet also provided valuable suggestions for institute development and effective working of Alumni association which will definitely help in further progress of the Institute. There is no doubt that such gatherings will strengthen the bonds between the institution and the alumni.
It was late night now and the clouds of darkness were appearing with glowing alerts, alumni members started returning with the sweet memories of their golden days and expressing gratitude towards their college.
